Questim is a gaming platform where skill pays off, literally. It turns digital wins into real rewards, keeping players engaged and motivated to play again. The client was an early-stage startup, and our role was to help them launch an MVP that felt fully playable from day one.
The challenge was to deliver the entire project in a very short timeframe, from naming to a fully functional product. This included a robust superadmin system that allows the team to manage players, the app, advertisers, and key marketing metrics.
We also had to design an engaging user-facing app and develop it to run smoothly on both iOS and Android. With a tight budget, we made strategic decisions that reduced costs without compromising quality or gameplay. And the app needed to be ready to scale to thousands of players from day one.
We started by working closely with the founders to define what absolutely needed to be in the MVP and what could wait. This let us focus on a tight, high-impact scope that fit the timeline and budget. Our design team then created fast prototypes and validated the core game flow early, so we could lock gameplay, difficulty, and rewards before writing any code.
To move quickly, we set up short design and development loops with daily alignment, keeping decisions simple and momentum high. Once the experience felt right, we built the product in Flutter to deliver both platforms from one codebase and speed up implementation. In parallel, we designed the superadmin structure with the client to understand what data, controls, and metrics they needed from day one.
This approach kept the team in sync, reduced rework, and allowed us to ship a polished, fully playable MVP within a very compressed timeline.
